The exchange is possible in 7 days after the consumption.

If the exchange happens due to the customer’s change of mind then the customer will be responsible for the delivery fee. You need to deposit the cost of the delivery (for both ways) to Labottach’s bank account and leave a one-to-one message on the notice board requesting the collection of the product. After receiving and checking the item the process of the exchange will be carried out. For the product exchange an additional difference should be transferred as well, if there is cost remained, we will transfer the difference to the costumer’s bank account.
